Auntie Knickers

It all sounds good. Not to nag though, but I still don't have that shawl....

Carrie

I don't know why the idea of Lesley doing latch-hook in a trailer is so amusing to me but I definitely had a little chuckle.

Cara

I'm glad you like your yarn color. I was so concerned that it wasn't the "right" color pink when I was picking it out. However, my coworkers assured me it was pink enough and I'm glad they were right.

Cordeliaknits

I adore the color! It is very pretty yarn. I probably should have picked something a bit less boring to knit with it!

Auntie Knickers

Right now in the pictures the two shawls look like two hearts. Awwwwww.

G-Money

How long do you think the owl fetish will last. There's so much in the bird kingdom. How about scarlet tanagers? Or a printed bird motif on muslin that you could paint. Think Martha, girl.
I need a quick easter craft for K-6ers to make for Seniors in the nursing home...Any ideas? Please, nothing with those googly eye things. Those scare me.

Leslie

To G-Money--How about little dyed Easter eggs with a decoupage of Jesus on each of them?

Mandy

If you're enjoying the triangle shawl thing, you should check out Reclamation by Stefanie Japel! It's just interesting enough to keep me from losing interest, but is definitely still tv knitting...And the result is so pretty! Love it!

Snorri Sturluson

Wait a minute! You mean hooked rugs are NOT supposed to be tacky?!? Where's the fun, I say. And how about that spinny thing to cut vast quantities of yarn into pieces that are just the right length? Does Les have one of those yet? I don't suppose there's a cooler craft item on the planet.
